Queen Elizabeth II

Today Queen Elizabeth II is the head of all the Royal English Family.

The Queen was born at 2:40am on 21st April 1926 at 17 Bruton St. in Mayfair, London.

She was the first child of the Duke and Duchess of York, who later became King George VI and Queen Elizabeth.

The princess was christened Elizabeth Alexandra Mary in the private chapel at Buckingham Palace. She was named after her mother, while her two middle names are those of her paternal grandmother Queen Alexandra and Queen Mary.

In 1930, princess Elizabeth gained just one sister, with the birth of princess Margaret Rose.

Elizabeth began to undertake public duties during the World War II, in which she served in the auxiliary territorial service. When her father died in 1952, with only 25 years old, Elizabeth became the head of the Commonwealth and Queen of seven independent commonwealth conuntries: United Kingdom, CAnada, Australia, New Zeland, South Africa, Pakistan and Ceylon.
Her coronation service in 1953 was the first to be televised.

In 1947, she married Prience Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, with whom she has 4 children: Charles, Anne, Andrew and Edward.

Queen Elizabeth is a really loved, she is a kind person and she loves animals.
